How a job runs

Four steps. No surprises in the middle.

Same sequence whether it is a $149 drain clear at noon or a burst main at 3am.

  1. 01

    You call, a plumber answers

Not a call centre and not a voicemail. Whoever picks up can tell you what to shut off before we leave the shop.

  2. 02

We quote the job, not the hour

A fixed price agreed before any tool comes out of the van. If the scope genuinely changes, we stop and re-quote.

  3. 03

We fix it and prove it

Pressure tested, camera checked where relevant, and photographed. You get the evidence, not just the invoice.

  4. 04

We tell you what is next

Which other runs are exposed, which fixture is next to go. Usually it prevents the second call.

We charge by the job, not by the hour.

Hourly billing pays a plumber to work slowly and bills you for the trip to the supply house. Quoting the job puts that risk on us, which is where it belongs.

Stop mopping. Start calling.
