How we price

We charge by the job, not by the hour.

Hourly billing pays a plumber to be slow. We would rather quote the work, agree it with you, and then have every reason to be quick.

Hourly

What you are actually paying for

  • The clock starts when they park
  • A slow worker costs you more
  • Trips to the supply house are billable
  • The final number is a surprise

Flat rate

What we do instead

  • Price agreed before any tool comes out
  • How long it takes is our problem
  • Parts runs are on us
  • The number you agreed is the number you pay

The numbers, in public

Most plumbers will not publish a price. These are ours. Where a job genuinely cannot be quoted without seeing it, we say that rather than inventing a range designed to be revised upward.
